V & V Associates is a GST Practitioner-led consultancy providing: GST Registration & Return Filing, Income Tax Return Filing & Tax Audit, Audit & Assurance, Company & LLP Registration, Trademark & ISO Certification, GIDC Plot Advisory, TDS & MCA Compliance, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Startup Advisory & Project Finance. All service fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR/₹).

Each service engagement begins with mutual agreement on scope, deliverables, and timelines. We initiate work only upon confirmation and receipt of the professional fees. Any change in scope will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

• All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR/₹).
• Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or payment gateway.
• Government fees and third-party charges are billed separately at actuals.
• Fees once paid are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely documents/information as requested. Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided information may result in delayed filings, missed deadlines, or additional fees. V & V Associates shall not be held liable for consequences arising from incorrect or delayed information provided by the client.

V & V Associates acts in an advisory and filing capacity only. Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific engagement. We shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. We are not responsible for decisions made by government authorities, including rejection of applications or assessments by tax departments.

All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except as required by law, government filings, or with client consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed data handling practices.

All work product, templates, and advisory content created by V & V Associates remains our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their own compliance purposes only.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat. We encourage clients to contact us directly before pursuing any legal remedies.

V & V Associates reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
